        Return Policy

Mariko does not offer refunds on purchases. Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credits or exchanges are permitted under the following conditions:

  • Item was not special ordered and was purchased within 10 days
  • Item is in saleable condition and in original packaging
  • Authorization code from Mariko is issued

If you wish to return an item, please phone the Customer Service Department (561) 655-5770 or email [email protected]

     for your authorization code. Once your code is issued, a customer service representative will contact you regarding the procedures and costs relative to the return of your item. If you are corresponding via email,  "

    so that you can be contacted. Shipping charges are not refundable on returned items. Some additional restrictions for returns may apply.

Delivery

Items in stock will be shipped within 7-10 days. Items that are not in stock or are special orders will be shipped in about 4 weeks.

Shipping Charges

All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). Purchase orders less than $1000.00 (USD) are offered three shipping options: ground, 2 day and 1 day. All purhase orders over $1000.00 are offered two shipping options: 2 day and 1 day. Please review the chart below for shipping pricing and options.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. Purchases can be made securely online. Credit cards are charged as soon as the order is initiated, prior to delivery of jewelry items.
